I have posted some complaints about Telkom in the past few months and they were for serious service delivery issues, but things are getting better now.
While I am not overly impressed, I thought that I would still say that things are getting better in the area. I still think they could sort out more issues in our area... but maybe that will come in time.
Simon did take a personal interest in our issues and was on-site himself many times to help, and I think that deserves a mention.
