Ought airtime worth R180 last night around 7:30, i made a call to one number and today when i try to make another call i get told i don' have airtime. Called customer service and i spoke to a consultant who didn't help and she got me her supervisor named Lucky to help me. They say i bought data bundles with that amount and used it all up on the internet to which i deny and i keep insisting to them that i use a blackberry therefore i don't need any bundles and now they are telling me that it is their word against mine so i wont get any refund. R167 worth of airtime gone, just like that. Thanks a lot MTN
