The Saga Continues - Episode 10

Still billing me R210 from the 1st of January 2013 instead of R150 a per the contract.
Phoned Four Times from the end of February to date and sent emails. Every SINGLE time I was assured they had cancelled the Recurring BBM that I never requested in the first place. Still not off BBM Recurring that I did not Request..

This month there was a little bit of variance. I was charged R58.31 and then two days later R207.00. So instead of FIXING the problem, I was overcharged by an EXTRA R115.31.

I am done with this. Will be sending a registered letter to the legal department and will get a lawyer involved. Will be worth the money to get out out of the contract.

Low rates equals no coverage and incompetence. Do not be fooled.
