Airtime being siphoned from my account by Nashua!!

I got a new iPhone on the 4th of March with 1Gig of data. I got an SMS yesterday (8 March 2013) saying that I had reached 80% of my call limit ( - R400). Not even an hour later I received another SMS saying that I had reached my call limit of R500 and my account was about R599 and they soft locked me. I hardly made any calls or sent SMSes, not to the tune of R600 any ways. I only downloaded a few small applications that didn't even take a minute each to download. I called the call centre and asked why my airtime and not my data was used. The lady said that it had used my airtime because my data bundle of 1Gig hadn't been activated. They then increased my limit to R800 and she said she activated my 1Gig. After that call I have only been on wifi, except for switching my cell data on once to send a picture and then turned it off again. Since then my cell data has been off. And then another SMS come through saying that I had reached my call limit and was on -R900.The Brooklyn branch who told me there was an uplink that took R8 airtime every 50 seconds and that my 1Gig WAS in fact activated on the 4th of March. There is no content/wasp service. No one can tell me where all my money has gone???
