Can I Please Get Some Feedback!!!

On the 16 March 2013, I obtained a BlackBerry Z10 on a contract upgrade from MTN Store at Gateway Dealer #:61485, the battery life on it lasted only 2-3 hours even thou it was fully charged, phone started heating up although it was not on charge, and then shortly there after the loudspeaker stopped working. I then booked the handset in at MTN Store - Coastlands Gatemax 1 - Umhlanga Rocks on the 5 April 2013 where I was assisted by Yvonne. I received a call about a week later from Yvonne who gave me a COL #0031006732 advising me that I can collect a Brand New Handset from the MTN store where I originally taken out my upgrade. I did visit the store on the 20 April 2013 where I spoke to Trevor (0832226630 only on voice mail) who took a copy of the service request, as I did not want the Z10 handset anymore and requested for another handset within the same price as my contract, he promised to call me on the 22 April 2013 which I never received. I then called Mobile Communications Headoffice on 0860083686, spoke to Sandra who said she will escalate the query to a manager to call me back, which I did not receive as yet. Please can i have another handset not a Z10 ASAP!!!
