On 31/12/2013 I placed an order for an E-Book which was paid for at the same time. The E-Book is supposed to be available for download once payment has been received. 2 hours later, the E-Book is not available. Phone Call Centre to be told that it is due to the status not updating from In Progress to Complete and it will be escalated and resolved within one hour - and - I would get a call in 1 hour. 5 hours later - No Call. Hold 27 minutes for a Manager - Nolin, who has not phoned me back or resolved the issue 4 days later. Phoned the Call Centre three times yesterday, to be told the Nolin did not report for work and the other Manager says that she is going to take lunch and will call me back after her lunch time. To date - still waiting for a call - still waiting for my product.

The Managers are completely useless and somehow priorities a lunch time above an irate consumer.

There was no delay in taking money for a product, it was quick and easy.

But getting a product or service or some form of competent person, is impossible.
