Managers at Bankmed hiding behind the Call Centre

I resigned from Bankmed in January 2013 and expected a settlement of over R500. Seven months later they paid me R143. I have been trying for several weeks to get a breakdown of how they got to this figure. I contacted their call centre but agent was unable to explain. She logged the call and advised that someone would call me back - that did not happen. I phoned 4 days later to be told the turn around time is 5 days. I phoned again 8 days later, to be told that it was unresolved and I should wait another 2 days. That was not acceptable and I asked to speak to a manager, after holding on for a very lengthy period I was told one was not available. I phoned again - again on hold for 20 minutes and having to hang up - a manager was not available. I phoned again, and complained, this time I was told a manager would phone me back by end of day 12-8-2013. No one phoned me back. The next day I phoned twice, again on hold till I was forced to hang up. Phoned a third time threatened to contact their trustees and was immediately send a reply, but it did not address my query. I phoned back & asked for email address of trustees - they refused to provide details. Whereto?
