My Profile / Account has been deleted - No Reason?

My Ipad with No: 0716104270 and Account No: I2983831 was hard locked yesterday the 14/01/2013 because of non payment of R629 - Today the 15/01/2013 I paid the amount of R629 and phoned 082 155 about 30min ago for my Ipad to be switched back on. To my surprise and to the agent working in vodacom account call center - my profile has been deleted from your system. The agent said he could see payment been done from my side every month and he could also see the payment I made today of R629. He had to put me through to the Risk department.

The lady at the risk department told me that due to outstanding payment - yet she cant pick up what is outstanding??? I have paid every month, my account is up to date - so what is the problem.

Now i sit without my basic source of communication for my Business after i paid the month ends payment. Please fix this problem and switch on my IPAD with no: 0716104270 immediately.
