Cell C not loading correct data package contract

Went onto Cell C website and applied for 20 Giganite package. Received call from Head Office sales division about my application. As I didnt have a data package to bolt the 20 Giganite package onto, I had to take out a 500MB per month over 24 month contract which I agreed to. We completed the sale agreement telephonically and sim card was sent to myself. I started using the data. As my package was meant to be a 500mb per month anytime (0.15c/mb after that) and 20Gb per month between midnight and 6am daily I began using the data. After using around 3.4Gb at approx. 2am on Sat, 10 Aug 2013 I received and sms that my charges where sitting at approx R1000. When I contacted the call centre to query they said the 20Giganite package has not been loaded. I then emailed the customer service 3 times and to date have not received a call except twice from accounts that my account is sitting at R1000. I then asked to be transferred to the accounts dept but was told to call back. After holding for 10 minutes I cancelled the call. Cell C - Get your services levels where you advertise them to be. I have a legal binding agreement with you regarding this and expect it to be resolved a.s.a.p
