After doing a telephonic sale agreement for a 20 giganite package through a sales person from Head Office, I was then billed for over R1000 for usage. When I queried this, the package was never loaded. Nelly (above email resolved this charge and it was cleared after listening to the telephonic recording) but after this my package is still not loaded. After numerous emails to Nelly I still have not had a response! Either someone contacts me and loads the correct package or I take Cell C to the ombudsman for unethical business practices
