Faulty line 3 nd half days no come back

Reported faulty line 22/4. Static on line, strange sounds like open line, and fax in background and internet goes on and off. Last update on Telkom side the 22/4 when I reported bad line. I try and call every day but get the same computer voice "Fault locked with Telkom" "Last update 22 April. This I do not call service. No feed back unless I try calling them and this is a waste of time as well.
