4th of March I phoned Autopage to do a prepaid convertion, afterwards one of my friends told me that I am going to lose all my airtime. I phoned Autopage again to reverse the prepaid convertion (they've got no record of this call). On the 12th of March I phoned again to make sure that the prepaid conversion will not go through. I have spoken to T Mhlanga. 10th of April the prepaid conversion went through and I lost R1400 of airtime. I phoned several times to complain but the attitude from Autopage is that they can't find the orginal recording of me reversing the prepaid convertion. I even when so far to get my Cellphone billing to prove that I have phone them. The phone call's durantion on the 12th of March is 12min and 8 seconds, but they sent me a recording for 4min clearly marked T Mhlanga (2). What happened to the first part. On the recording the guy states clearly... thank you for holding! He also doesn't identify himself and he doesn't ask for my cellphone number... that shows that he have spoken to me. Yesterday S Soloman told me they can offer me to replace half of the money, by that's only if I don't request the recordings of the 12th of March. I've paid for that R1400.
