I want to start by saying that I'm an AUTOPAGE customer since my first cell phone. I'm with them now for many years.
Feb 13 I requested for my 1 contract to be cancelled. This is the very fist time doing this, I was advised to instruct AUTOPAGE that I want to keep my cel nr and that it must be converted to pre paid. I phoned the Cancelation dep. the assistant helped me telephonically and confirmed that the request to convert to pre paid was recorded on their system.
Thereafter I phoned several times the Cancelation dep to ensure that my nr will be converted, (5/3, 2/4 17/4). I also have a ref nr 147999 given to me, confirming that the convertion will take place 23-28 Mrch 13.
3 May 13 my nr is cancelled! After big struggle a Nico of Cust Serv helped me, he said only IT can help, he will send req. He said I can follow up Sat 4/5 only between 8-10 and I must phone 011 6501936 which is a FAX NR-PATHETIC! Eventualy get hold of Leanda at Cust Serv, she couldn't help, my record is blocked.
I gave her ref nr 251057 given by Nico to me on Friday, she said IT replied saying the contract has been cancelled incorrectly. OK but who's gonna rectify this!
