I contacted the Cell C call centre on 01 March to apply for a new contract for my daughter: Topup100 Light plan and ordered a new blackberry Z10. i have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions to follow up. the incorrect phone was delivered to me today (after I confirmed 3 times with Prudence for a Blackberry Z10)
today I received a samsung! I have left messages at the call centre for a manager to contact me as everytime I phoned, no manager was available and they were apparently all in meetings. I am still waiting for someone to phone me back since 11h00 this morning. Could someone at Cell C phone me back with feedback on this error and if I can receive the Blackberry Z10 by thursday otherwise you can cancel my contract and I would prefer to go through Vodacom or MTN where I might get better service.
