INEFFECIENT UNINTERESTED CUSTOMER SERVICE

I REQUESTED THAT MY CONTRACT BE MADE PREPAID AND I WAS TOLD I NEED TO PAY UP THE CONTRACT IN FULL, I WAS GIVEN THE FULL AMOUNT BY AUTOPAGE CANCELLATIONS OFFICE WHICH I DID MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT BEING THE 19TH OF MARCH . I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE THREE DAYS
FOR MY CONTRACT NUMBER TO BE MADE PREPAID. IT WAS THE FOLLOWING WEEK THAT I CALLED IN BEING THE 25TH OF MARCH THEY TOLD ME IT SHOWS REQUESTED ON THE SYSTEM BUT THEY DON'T KNOW Y IT HAS NOT GONE THREW I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER THREE DAYS. TODAY THE 3 OF APRIL THE CONTRACT IS STILL ACTIVE THEY HAVE NOT DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE OTHER 2 CONTRACTS THAT I HAVE WITH AUTOPAGE THEY ARE SOURCING ALL THREE CONTRACT PAYMENTS FROM THE MONEY I PAID IN TO CANCEL MY SINGLE CONTRACT. NOW THEIR REPLY TO ME IS THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING THE PROCESS THEY HAVE IS THAT THEY GONNA LOG IT IN AND I MUST WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAY (THIRD TIME) PEOPLE I HAVE SPOKEN TO THUS FAR 1.ZAHEER 2. THABISO 3.MOSES . I AM TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE SUPERVISOR COLLIN SWARTZ THE ENTIRE DAY BUT HE I BELIEVE IS IN A MEETING SO NOW IM IN A DILEMMA I CANT EVEN PUT A STOP PAYMENT TO AUTOPAGE BECAUSE THEY ARE SPONGING OFF MY R2500, 00 PAYMENT WHICH I MADE.
