I have been a loyal customer to MTN since 1995. I have been paying my accounts, as I have been receiving a good service. However, the past couple of weeks it has become absolutely unbearable trying to study at night, conducting research and/or working on my so called 3G account. The signal has dropped significantly for no reason and this is now becoming my problem.? I do not think that this is the service that I should be paying for. And this complaint is not just mine... Oh no, every person I know coming into my area complains about the terrible signal. I will not complete forms and/or get told to phone any branch to be sent from pillar to post. Sort this out and get back to me. The other people will know the difference when the lack of service and signal gets sorted out. Enough is enough.
