For the past 3 weeks my internet connection for the 8ta I5 promo has been worse than even dial connections.
I've logged a ticket with 8ta which they then asked me for details. i did provide them and have heard nothing since. on the 18th of April i wrote them another email asking for feedback. i haven't received anything.
i can't use this service..for the few hours a day it comes back up i download something so that at least i can get to use my allotted 10gigs.
if i could i would cancel the contract.
