Very poor signal

For the past 3-4 weeks, we have been experiencing very poor signal in the Voorbrug, Delft area but this does not seem to bother Cell C. My whole household is on the Cell C network and we're all having the same problem. Very poor to none signal from 18h00 everyday. And it's not only my household. My friends and people that I know in the surrounding area also have the same issues. I sent an email to customer service last week Sunday, I got a reply by Thuesday. The consultant sent me network feedback forms, which I completed and sent back on Thursday. No response from Cell C since then. I tried contacting customer service again last night, but to no avail. Calls were dropped during the conversation. And this have become the norm. You either can't get through to someone or when you eventually do, your call gets dropped. Not to even talk about the 3G signal. I would like Cell C to attend to this matter ASAP.
