On Friday the 19 April i received an sms from MTN apologising for faster than usual data depletion. I am using a blackberry 9700, I activated my R59 Absolute service, I then received 200.00 MB data i then browsed the net for less then 5 min but kept on deducting from my remaining airtime instead of bundles, I then called MTN I was told I had the wrong APN and was told I m being transferred to Blackberry i requested a reference number they lady by the name off Carly gave me this REF::786633974 but instead I went through to Business enquiry, my remaining airtime was deducted. I m really hope on MTN I m disappointed cause they are repeatedly the public. I thinking of jumping ship to the network that values their clients. I am not sure what you changed but it is losing you customers and I know it is not possible for MTN to know this unless the public complains because all your staff members have free sims/contracts
