A while back i received a Blackberry Z10 as a gift from my aunt.
I went to MTN Flamwood in Klerksdorp to do the necessary sim swap from a sim card to a micro-sim.
Since then, all has broken loose.
I called the contact centre who advised me that i should load BlackBerry Absolute in order to receive the BBM and Social networking, as well as the 200Mb of data.
After having my airtime used up (From a starting amount of - R1000 to R34-00) i phoned MTN call centre and told them that something was wrong. They said they would then log a billing complaint.
After follow up today, i was told that BlackBerry Absolute does not work for the Z10 and i should load data bundles for this phone.
PULL ALL PHONE RECORDS for the last 2 months, and you will see what i am talking about!
I would like to have a response, apology and ALL of my used airtime back, otherwise, i will have no option but to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman, as this matter has been dragging out for quite some time, and has never been resolved. I have already had major fights with MTN due to BBAbsolute not being loaded when i requested it the first time, so i have had enough!
Your urgent attention is DEMANDED!!!
