I Bought a Phone my MSISDN is not Change to Topup

Last week I applied for a contract phone and it was delivered on Friday, when I was applying I asked them to port the number on Friday, that did not happened as it still Monday the number is not port from prepared to Topup. I called the call centre from Friday until Sunday the was no help. Also what was poor is that I asked one of the Vodacom consultant to also attach my numbers on the deliver address so that it will be simply for the Company that was delivering the phone to get hold of me, that did not happened as I have to call the company more than 3 times on Friday.
