Cell phone lost by Vodacom, no answers/feedback

3 July 2013 - I gave my phone in at Vodacom 4u Makhado for a quote on updates and repairs, it was sent to Polokwane, they in turn contacted us to inform us of the quote. We told them not to go ahead with the repairs, as it was much more than we expected and asked them to rather return the phone. After numerous calls to Vodacom 4u Makhado and 3 visits to the outlet, the phone is nowhere to be found. No one can explain what happened to the phone... it is gone!!! Left my name and alternative number at the outlet on Friday 16 Aug, the manager was supposed to call me on Monday 19 Aug, she was busy with the investigation for the past week. It is Tuesday night, 20 Aug, the manager has not called me back!!! So I am still waiting to hear what happened to my phone!!
