New Website is a mess

The new FNB website is a complete nightmare:
1) The layout is very diificult to use and confusing! The old website was so user friendly and information was so easily accessible. What used to take 5 minutes takes an hour!
2) Making payments is a nightmare! I used to be able to make payments in 30 seconds however with the new website the last 4 payments I have tried to make have taken me an entire day to process as the website freezes and you have to keep logging out and logging back in. It is so painful I really am considering changing banks!
3) When I called the call centre twice to query the glitches with the website, the only response I got is that "they are aware there are issues with the new website and they can only help me if I am logged on from a computer not an ipad".
