OVER CHARGE

Autpage service is disgusting.

I have done an upgrade and requested my package to be changed to suit my upgrade.
When getting new business autopage were ever so eager to offer everything under the sun and then promise to act immediately

A week after upgrading I get an sms stating my bill is now over R800 for data.

Contact the wonderful people at autopage... maybe on the 6th person I get to speak to someone who can help.
According to them they did not activate the data bundle. They activate the data bundle and request a credit.

4 weeks later I get an email
"the credit request has been actioned but the charges are valid and no credit can be given"

Now they can not reverse the charge, can not provide me with the recording of the call, they also will not let me speak to the manager in charge. But i must still pay the bill.

And the customer care service is shocking they have no clue what to do.
We are been abused by cellular providers, autopage is the worse.
They are over charging and from us
