No response and very very poor service!!!

I dont even know where to start! I am highly appauled by the service i am receiving from you, i get no response or feedback! I received my new handset on the 02/12/2013 and all i want to do is activate my new sim card but each time i call 012 6494575 the number rings constantly. I have been dealing with Michelle and she is not very helpful, i sent her her 2emails informing her that i want to activate my new simcard she responded and said that i must call through to get it activated how incoveniencing when you don't ever answer your calls! Your service is pathetic! I regret taking out a contract with you! Seems like there is only one person working in that call centre!!! I was told that i could keep my old number and they would do a sim swop i then called and spoke to Annelize she was also not helpful and rather rude and advised that they cannot assist me because they doing MTN porting only!!! What a load of!!! Don't and lure people into taking out contracts when your service!!! Totally unprofessional and clearly don't know the importance of customer service!!!
