Not sure if I am the only one, maybe I am just a bit behind the times when it comes to computers and the Internet, but every time I try to use the MTN website it seems I enter endless loops of logging on.
I have tried to go to the MTN Active section and log on to try and purchase data bundles, but every time I enter my details it seems as though the website just ignores me. I cannot view my details and I certainly cannot buy data bundles.
I have tried various Internet browsers and various PCs with the same result on each.
For a telecommunications company I would expect way better, especially since I pay a fortune for their services.
I will definitely be porting at the end of my contract! It would be nice to be able to make full use of the services I am paying for though, at least for the remainder of my contract.
