I was contacted by an agent by the name of Tanya saying that I qualify for a promotion of R19 a month, where I will just be given R50 airtime and 25 sms a month for this R19 this was in 2011. I have decided to cancel as MTN deducted more than the R19 then as promised, now they have lawyers phoning me saying I owe thousands of rands, yet the policy has never been cancelled since I have requested, now they saying I owe interest and I received a cell phone which I never did. I don't understand why is this happening and why is the policy not cancelled as I have requested 2 years ago and why don't MTN check their systems now they are saying they have given me a phone for a promotion packages. Why don't they say which phone and show when I signed for a phone. Everyone is complaining about your bad service and about how many people moved from your network because of bad service don't client mean anything to you. sad very sad.
