Not only do I have to phone Cell C on a monthly basis due to Cell C's incompetence but I have to put up with bills that are ruining my business as Cell C is my life. I have been phoning since March with issue after issue after issue and never with a resolution. March 2013 billed thousands of Rands for using data 24hours a day according to itemized billing which is impossible as it is an iPhone that is switched off in the evenings. Billed again in April for thousands for the same issue. Put a limit of R300 on the phone as from May. Hardly use the phone a I am too scared to incur any costs. Cancelled contract on 30 September at expiration date which was 31 October. 1 November cell phone still working. Phoned again to cancel the contract. Promised contract would be cancelled immediately. On 2 November had to put prepaid on to make any calls. Assumed contract was cancelled. Despite having cancelled and despite having a R300 limit was billed R1000 for November!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE!!!
