To whom it may concern.
I do not know since when does being a loyal client, get rewarded by cancelling my policy. I have been a client with you for almost 3 years, where I have not missed one payment, and only claimed once. If I claimed every 2 months I would have understood, but this is just unfair.
I took the policy through MTN. I put in a claim for my phone, which fell and the screen shattered. I upgraded my phone in January and was told by MTN they will update the policy. They did not. My claim was rejected because of this. First of all this is not my fault that it was not updated, so why am I being punished. Secondly, if you cancel my policy because nothing was specified why have you been deducting my money if nothing was specified. It just ironic how you deducted the payment and the day after that you cancel my policy.
I want either to be refunded of my phone to be fixed.
