NOT HAPPY WITH ATTITUDE

I HAVE PHONED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION TO ASK IF THE PREMIUM COULD BE MADE LESS, UNFORTUNATELY EVERY TIME SOME EXCUSES, WHICH I COMPLIED WITH. EVENTUALLY I STARTED LOOKING FOR CHEAPER INSURANCE. WHEN I DECIDED TO PHONE OUTSURANCE IN ORDER TO CANCEL THE POLICY, THIS WAS REALLY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. IT IS VERY BAD AND SAD TO ME BECAUSE I AM A CLIENT WITH OUTSURANCE FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ADVERTISE OVER THE RADIO AND EVERYWHERE THAT IF THEY CANT MATCH THE PREMIUM THEY WILL PAY YOU R400. BIG MISTAKE, THERE IS A LOT OF SCHLEP ON THAT AS WELL. THE MAN CANCELLED MY POLICY ASKING FROM WHEN, I SAID WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT BECAUSE IT WAS THE END OF THE MONTH. I THEN ASKED IF I AM COVERED FROM WHEN TILL WHEN SEEING THAT THEY DEDUCT MY PREMIUM ON THE 15TH. HE JUST SAID 15TH AND IMMEDIATELY SAID OK IT IS CANCELLED. WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WITH HIM, THE SMS CAME THROUGH THAT THEY WILL PAY SOME AMOUNT BACK TO ME FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MONTH. FELT LIKE THEY ARE TOOO HAPPY TO GET RID OF ME... THIS IS REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING TO ME. I THINK OF PHONING WACKHEAD SIMPSON AS WELL TO TELL OF THE BAD SERVICE, MAYBE OTHER PEOPLE WILL ALSO COME FORWARD WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
