I posted on Hello Peter about a month ago about how bad the Cell C network is as well as their service. After that they contacted me and was very helpful. They implied it sounded like I had i faulty phone and my phone was sent in. The day i took my phone in i spoke to the consultant who helped me, asking him why I never have airtime on my phone if i pay for it every month. It was said that there is no problem and that i was getting the airtime on my phone, which wasn't true!...21 days later Cell C gave me a brand new phone, which i was happy about cause my problem has now been fix... NOT not even a day later the phone does the following: Sim card rejected, again no service (can't phone or be phone, only after a while), I had no airtime on my phone at all, and there had to be because it was a brand new month. My phone was in from 21 July - 14 August. I have been trying to phone Cell C, but I am not getting through at all. I am seriously so tired of this problem consisting. I do not wan't this Cell C contract anymore, it should be cancelled... No if or Buts! The Cell C network is unreliable and not user friendly at all!!!
