I bought a recharge voucher from the above store 0n 02/09/2012. A month after I bought it, my service was suspended. I went back to Cavendish Square - the very unhelpful customer service clerk told me that there was nothing wrong with my 3G card. Out of desperation I took the 3g card to tableview. Clerk there did a simswop and the 3g card worked for a month. I had this done 4 times. Eventually lost my cool, went to Canal Walk Centre, At last someone found the reason for my problem. I was given a faulty voucher by Cavendish Square first instance. I went back to Cavendish on Sunday 21/4 . The store manager was not helpful. Promised to call me on Monday. No call on Monday. I call on Tuesday, only to find out they are still busy with my query. I was promised a phonecall before the end of the day. I am still waiting!!!
I paid for good that were faulty. I demand either my money back or a correct voucher issued by Thursday!
