In Nove 2013 I was forced [I could not make any calls from my house line and had no internet excess] to sign a contract with Telkom N1 city for mobile internet for R139 pm
Now I have picked up that an amount of R147.50 are deducted from my account through debit order.
When questioning Telkom N1 city today I was advised that the extra costs are for Itemised billing and caller identlity, now why would I require same when I'm using it only for internet excess.
The lady removed it from my account but could not reverse these costs and generate refund therefore.
I am really tired that people do not do their work properly. This is not the only problem I experienced with Telkom it seem's that One have to drive up and down and make numeriuos phonecalls to no avail as some of the staff is just not inerested. Thanks to an email I sent to Telkom complaints my other problems wwere solved eventually.
I would appreciate your help in solving this
