Never in my life have I received such bad service, or met a company that is so un-organised! I'd rather walk to a pay phone than use their services again!
From the fact that their accounts department not having any communication with their service provider regarding discussions regarding my account.
Loyal MTN client for 8 years, Insurance department had my phone for repairs for over a months without even noting that they had received my phone, and after 3 difficult telephonic conversations - which I was billed for, they sent through my claim form with my details being in-correct! waited 3 days there after to receive the correct documentation with the correct details on.
I own 3 lines with MTN (now stopped) surely, a loyal client of 8 years paying 3 lines to the date deserves some form of quality service. i.e "Mr X, your account is over terms, please advise" - instead, line cut, lose of business and a fight before any response will come from MTN. waiting for a "manager" from MTN to call as per commitment from SP department to call, this was at 7:55am on 23 April 2013.
MTN, correct your market position to a NON-service provider, so it would be more accurate!!!
