This is so annoying. someone my phone and i need to claim, it has been 4 days and i am yet to speak to someone at the insurance department! it is like there is no one working there? i am holding on line for hours? 2 mails have been sent on my behalf from the SP department and still no help? I have been a loyal customer for almost 4 years, paying insurance for almost 3 years on 2 seperate devices and have never claimed! i loved MTN but now it feels like i am being stabbed in the back, dont you guys care about us? i feel hopeless! i am without a phone and it does not bother you guys? i am going to fax thru the claim form now in hope i get some response! i hate feeling like this but should we insure with someone else?
