Invoicing without delivering a Service

End of March 2013 our neighborhood lines were. I had to go through the torture of phoning Telkom every single day to follow up on the progress of replacing the lines (not to mention the huge cell phone bills). They notified us that they will not replace the lines. However, they kept on invoicing me for a service that they or not delivering on. I phoned their call center this morning to stop them sending me invoices - after holding for 20min I was told to call the cancellation department where after I must phone the accounts department. I am not going to waste any further time chasing after Telkom to correct their mistakes. I stopped paying when you stopped delivering a service. SORT OUT YOUR INVOICING TELKOM. I AM NOT GOING TO HOLD YOUR HAND.
