I took our a new contract with Cell C and received my phone on Friday (5/07/13) - when I telephonically took out the contract the agent promised me that there are no connection fees or delivery fees payable. Now I get an sms stating that they will deduct money from my account, and after phoning Cell C and being put though from person to person, I find out that is for connection fee. I will NOT advise ANYONE to take out a contract with Cell C, because it's only been problems from the start.
