I have finally turned to Hellopeter.com for help. I made my first request in October requesting Cell C to check the signal strength at my house in Craighall Park. I was promised then that something would be done.
I made the same request in December & again in January. I have been promised that their technicians are looking into the problem by Janelle Patience it is now the middle of February and still nothing has been done.
I have a contract iPhone & a pay as you go data pack for my iPad. I cannot connect to the internet ever. All my voice call go straight to voicemail.
I moved to Cell C because they promised better packages & service. Cell C is proving that cheaper isnt better.
I would like a response and I would like a booster installed at my house.
Time to back up you big promises you advertises.
