To whom it may concern.
My telkom line was installed on the 19 March 2013. I reported a fault on the 27 March 2013 regarding my line having over hearing, slow Internet access and not syncing. Up till today (23/04/13), my telephone is not fixed. I am still having the same problem and every technician has a different story about what is happening. I am tired to waiting for it to be fixed. At one point, the fault login was closed, meanwhile there was still a problem with the line. TELKOM SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD.
