I've had a tenuous relationship with Cell C from the start but decided to wait out the contract period and then port back to Vodacom rather than deal directly with anyone else from them again. What a load of my sister (who also ported in July 13) and I have had to put up with this supposed network. This time around my phone has been at the repairs center since forever, yes they have a 21 day repair window (ridiculous period) which it is within but reaching the repairs center in Midrand is a nightmare and when through to them, getting the story straight from the call center consultants is impossible. Reference? Try having to repeat your story every time you speak to a new consultant. Okay Cell C, you now have the defunct handset, as requested way back, cancel this contract, I'm OVER dealing with no signal, calls going straight to voicemail and most importantly NO SERVICE. Please escalate this to someone who can action the cancellation, has at least read the case reference and my previous complaint on this site.
