BLACKBERRY QUALITY

During December 2012 I did an upgrade on my contract and received a new Black Berry Curve within 7 days which was delivered to me. I though something might be wrong with the battery as I needed to charge the phone every single day, by night it was flat again. I called Cell C, they said that I should inform them within 7 days after I received the phone (therefore I had 2 days left). It was a Thursday. I asked them to collect it however the person confirmed they will only be able to collect the Monday as they do not collect over weekends. We cancelled the collection then as I was leaving for holiday the next day, therefore would not be at home for the collection. It is now a month later and I still need to charge the phone every single day, therefore there is definitely something wrong with the battery since the beginning. I feel they should provide me with a new battery without any charge.
Cannot call them because no one understands you and lines breaking up/fading. Everyone were so impressed with Black Berry, however I just have problems form the beginning.
