Poor and unacceptable service

I would just to make known the pathetic and unacceptable service I recieved from CellC these last few months in the hopes that maybe then something will be done to correct it.

I took out a contract at CellC in mid november 2012 on the new Blackberry 9380 Curve. After I had the phone a few hours the scroll button stopped working. The next day I went back and they replaced the phone I had for a new one. I then had the second phone for 15days after the whole screem completely stopped working and had to take it back. The phone was taken back on 03 Desember 2012 and for 25 days there was no word from the repair centre.

I stipulated that I do not want the curve back as it is clearly a phone that does not work and would pay the difference in for a better bold if I have to since I do not want any more hassles regarding this matter. It took head office 14 days just to contact me after I send more than 20 emails just to let me know that they found my curve and it was on the way back to the branch. The young man did not even know what my query was and said that he would call me back in a few minutes. That was more than a week ago and I have no phone because no one takes responsibility!!!
