Vodacom have suspended my Internet service although they are still billing me for it. The woman, Phozisa, from the call centre was most unhelpful and asked me ridiculous security questions like what date I get billed on. Who on earth remembers the billing date of the account. It's a standard deduction from my bank account so why should anyone remember the billing date of the account. She was going out of her way to be ackward and ensure that I couldn't answer the questions. I still don't have resolution on this problem although another Vodacom person that i spoke to said that i have almost 6 GB of data available.
