Took a contract for R169p/m being charged R2000p/m

Took out a 3G 3G free contract from vodacom on the 28th june 2013, 9 days later i was billed R 1800 on that R169 contract. I queried the fact that in 9 days we could not have possibly used 3g 3g free? i was phoned by many consultants from vodacom until I spoke to a guy who ha they will refund me R1000 of data to my account they could not even produce a detailed itemised billing for that. The next month on the 7th they billed me R2000 on that account. I went to my bank and I reversed the debit order, I have since asked for an itemised billing to no avail.one of the guys I spoke to said that if you are on an open like you can be charged up to R2000 at will. I have another contract with 2G and my gigs run out on the 20th about, so I always ask them the question how can 3G 3G run out by the 5th or earlier.since the 1st billing we had been very careful and we locked the internet but surprise surprise it came to R2000.It is a chip for an ipad and the only thing it is used for is Google, so how did it come to R2000. I am waiting for them and they vodacom are making a mess of my finances.
