I have had intermittent download speeds for over 3 weeks now I have phoned numerous times to report it and each time I get a different story of what the problem is first I was told its on my side then I was told I have been throttled, then I was told I am have not been throttled... My download speed jumps from full speed to of 400kb/s down to 0.4 kb/s... I pay for a service and as a customer I expect that service I will no longer accept mediocre service I expect my ADSL line to be thoroughly monitored and the problem corrected as the seacom cable was repaired on 20th April I will not accept that as an excuse I am thoroughly annoyed by the complete incompetence of Telkom and expect my line to be repaired ASAP!!! Or I will be cancelling my service and be going over to Mwe
