Lines suspended before billing due date

So MTN does it again! They have cut off my services for payment which is due on the 25/11/2013 according to my statement, today is only the 04th of November 2013. They claim that my account is in arrears hence the suspension I paid up my arrears so I don't see what they are carrying on about. 2ndly my statement shows NO overdue amounts as I PAID my account up to date so I reallly dont understand whats happening in that billing department but someone needs to answer me. I am so tired of MTN and its bad service I have had it. Could someone please contact me regarding closing my contracts with them I can't take this anymore. Since they cut me off i will be available on my Vodacom numbe
