Waiting for my phone to be delivered 2 weeks now. It was delivered on Wednesday but RAM decided to withhold the package because I was not there in person - even if my wife had full permission letter, ID documents and all certified.
Now, to get this fixed. Firstly, my wifes phone was already upgraded to the new package on the 27 March, but have no phone yet?? Her blackberry does not have any internet and BBM is no more. What is worse, no one can tell me when I will get the Samsung Galaxy S3 that is now floating between here and there. Phoning 084 140 one gets an answer after 15 mins waiting only to hear I am in the wrong department. Then I must phone 084 145, I have only managed to get through to an operator once!! ONCE!! the rest of the times I am cut off or no one answers, even waiting for 25 mins at times!! The I try top phone the numbers on the website. No help with that because the managers are ALL out or the agent I am trying to explain my issues simply does not care. And yes, I have been told that I will be phone back or a "Ruth" will call or this or that. And watch this space, CellC will comment with someone phoning you but that is where it stays, a nice comment only!!
