I requested that I would like to end my Mobile contact with this company, and they confirmed that it will be migrated to pre-paid on 31 March 2013. (on recommendation of the agent, to keep my number)
So on 20 April 2013 I received a bill as per usual, but then reminded myself that I have to pay for the last month (Which is March). On 17 May 2013, I received a bill once again. I phoned the accounts department and ask them why I received a bill. Peter told me that they had problems with migrations over the last 3 months, and he can load the migration for me again, but I would have to pay this month. I HAVEN"T USED THE NUMBER BECAUSE IT WAS MIGRATED!!! I told Peter that this is unacceptable and I will be furious if the debit order goes off and fails. He told me to please hold, and then he HANGED UP!!!
I Don't see how the migration issue is my problem???
This is mainly the reason why I left Nashua mobile - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!! I've redialed the number, and I've been on hold for 10 minutes now (and still waiting)
