Call centre, supplier mweb cresta poor service

I stopped my ADSL contract at FNB thinking that Mweb would be a better deal as I was having endless problems with my telkom adsl line and having to spend some much time reporting it so when I heard and saw the advert from Mweb saying they give this super service with a free router and you can be connected all over all the time well I thought why not. It has been more than a week now since I signed up, my husband went to the Cresta mweb store so that he could personally pick up the router and we were promised that same day we will be on line by just plugging the router in and it would automatically sync with our line. Well to say the least that did not happened after several calls holding on to the call centre, someone trying to help us for two hours, going back to the store 6 times, three to change the router, been promised by the store to let a specialist technician call us, taking the router again back yesterday where the store technician supposedly set it up and promised he would be working till 6 that night and gave us his telephone number that he would help us, but obviously no answer, again sitting on the phone from 5h30 till 8hoo, all my cost, stil no internet connect.
