I have reported the faulty line since November 2012 and to date it hasn't been resolved but they have been charging me every month and they have send their lawyers to collect their money for the services rendered by they didn't render any service since November 2012 and I am not prepared to pay anything cos I haven't received any services from Telkom. Lastly when I do follow-up I get told that I need to pay for the previous month services first and I disagree cos the line has been faulty since Nov 2012.
